About Sandy
Sandy Schneider is the founder and creator of Mind and Body Harmonics. After a 20 year career in corporate America, Sandy began a journey of self-exploration bound and determined to live a more purposeful life.
She became an ACC Certified Life and Leadership Coach under the International Coaching Federation. Here she utilizes both her education background in Psychology and her corporate leadership development experience to help high achieving, successful business leaders continue to develop their leadership capabilities to meet the ever-changing needs of business.
While Sandy worked as an Executive Coach, she realized that Clients were drawn to her because of her holistic Core Energy approach to personal development. Leaders are at their best when they are balanced. Her work expanded to helping successful leaders find joy and peace in their lives- to live the life they truly desire. Her coaching practice has evolved to now helping the Maui community achieve holistic wellness through the daily application of energetic principles. We all have the opportunity to live the life we desire.
When Sandy first met the Harmonic Egg in 2020, she immediately experienced positive physical results that could not be denied. In addition, she discovered that she was to bring the healing power of the Harmonic Egg to Hawaii. The Harmonic Egg uses energy, sound, and light, to affect positive change. Along with Sandy’s energetic coaching, clients have the opportunity to achieve long-lasting energetic results.
As a native of the Midwest (St. Louis, MO), Sandy first made her home on Maui in 2012 and knows that this is where she is meant to be. Sandy is a BIG Extrovert who believes that strangers are simply friends she hasn’t made yet. She has a passion for helping others live a life of balance- physically, mentally and spiritually. She believes that continued self-development is a lifelong journey that is meant to be enjoyed.
