The Harmonic Egg® is a sound and light therapy that uses frequencies and vibration emanating from music and light within a resonant chamber. The Harmonic Egg guides a person to a state of supreme relaxation. Reclining in a zero-gravity chair within the chamber, a person is enveloped in highly resonant music and colored light. Both light and sound are customized based on the areas you'd like to address to enhance your wellness.

What to Expect in a Harmonic Egg Session
- Upon arriving to your Harmonic Egg appointment, you will meet with a Harmonic Egg Specialist for a private conversation about your current health and to define your desired state of wellness. This will include a discussion of any relevant personal health concerns.
- Based on this consult, a specific combination of light and music will be recommended for use in your Harmonic Egg Session.
- During the session, you will be alone in the Harmonic Egg room and you will remain clothed. All metal items (e.g., jewelry, watches, belts) should be removed for the session, to the extent possible.
- During the session, you will relax in a zero gravity chair within the Harmonic Egg. You will enjoy peaceful instrumental music for 40 minutes. At the conclusion of the music, you will remain seated in the Harmonic Egg for 10 additional minutes for silent integration.
- The Harmonic Egg is ventilated and the temperature inside the Harmonic Egg is the same temperature as the climate-controlled room.
- Upon completion of your Harmonic Egg appointment, you will return to your Harmonic Egg Specialist for a debrief conversation.
- First-time clients should plan to be at your Harmonic Egg appointment for at least 90 minutes.

A session is scheduled for one hour and 15 minutes, which includes a personal consultation to determine the best protocol to meet your desired goals. Harmonic Egg packages must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your schedule may change after making an appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled via the website or by calling 808-856-0054. We require 24 hours notification of any cancellation. Failure to cancel in a timely manner and/or an appointment "no show" will result in being charged for the appointment. Thank you for understanding.
Health & Safety Precautions
Mind and Body Harmonics works to ensure the health and safety of all our clients. To this end, Harmonic Egg chair coverings are changed between each client, and common touch points are disinfected. HEPA air filtration systems are also utilized. For questions or concerns, please contact us.
